He has worked with renowned companies such as Zoomlion and worked on varied USAID projects in varied positions for John Snow Inc. (JSI). Prior to joining Systems for Development, Maxwell worked as the Group Head of Finance for the Favdaz Group where he helped strengthened the financial system of the group thereby attracting investors to invest in the group
